Apex Legends: Ash is locked (Workarounds)

Short answer

Suggested fix (unconfirmed): Share your EA username in the thread so support can look into your account. Alternatively, contact EA Help directly to restore access if you unlocked her previously.

The problem

Played Ash all the other seasons, and at the start of Season 25 it says it's locked, but I unlocked her before. Also there is no icon in the UI of option to unlock the Ash, which I've actually unlocked and played normally before Season 25 update.

Since the Season 25 update, Ash in the legends menu is locked, which I was able to play all other Seasons. It happened to me, but not to many other players.
