Borderlands 4: Unlocked cosmetics gone?

Sup everyone, So I unlocked a few heads, and bodies for Rafa from various quests and used them for multiple hours and multiple re-launches of the game throughout the day. Now I log in and I see that my Rafa is just a basic dude, only the paint jobs remained but the heads and bodies I unlocked are gone. My thought was that this was linked to being online or SHiFT but nah, I am connected but they…

I have most basic verion, no pre-order or DCL content purchased. Then you weren't supposed to have those skins in the first place. Seems like the patch fixed it

Do you have the Ornate Order Pack from the Super Deluxe Edition? Some people got the cosmetics for free as a bug despite not owning the DLC and the patch fixed it.
