Suggested fix (unconfirmed): Verify your game files through Steam and update your graphics drivers to the latest version. If the crash persists, lower your graphics settings and disable hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling (HAGS) before entering the Underpass.
The problem
HOW IS THIS STILL NOT FIXED?! It's been almost a month since the last hotfix on October 8, and I STILL CAN'T FINISH THE GAME because of constant crashes in Underpass! I contacted Remedy Support, provided crash logs, save files, and detailed reproduction steps. THEIR OWN SUPPORT TEAM EVEN REPRODUCED THE CRASH! Their solution?
