Crimson Desert Enhanced: Romance system not working. (Fix)

The problem

I have verified the integrity of the game's files, reinstalled the game, reinstalled the DLC separately and nothing worked. I have 100% Trust with Dahlia and Renee but even so, I have no "Flirt" option on my screen with either of them - only "Gift" and "Chat". I even tried flirting with a few random NPCs in Hernand after reaching 100% Trust with them and still nothing - the "Flirt" option is…

Huh, I never saw get to know you as kliff. Married the orc butcher chick in hernand. She was already 100 trust, i flirted, then just grinded it with chatting and greeting. she liked hearing about food. Flirt went straight to Propose, which resulted in -trust if I tried it before 100 again.
