Crimson Desert Enhanced: Stuttering issue in demeniss city (Workarounds)

The problem

Has anyone else experienced this? Especially near the gate where a lot of soldiers are lined up, or in areas where lots of armor is displayed. My specs: Ryzen 5 5600 + RTX 5060 + 32GB RAM. Disabling and re-enabling RR or toggling Frame Generation on and off didn't help much either
