The problem
I'm playing with my fiancee. This is my first time really getting into the game. I get this is an older game and I have thoroughly enjoyed a lot of aspects of it, but the Mano situation is pretty ridiculous. I was looking forward to completing this quest, but we waited about two hours to get the spawn. I don't think we even got EXP from being around and contributing to beating Mano, let alone…
Suggested fix (unconfirmed): Nerf Lucky 7, take away the jump attack, or give the jump attack to all ranged classes. Alternatively, use Speed Booster and increase your damage to out-grind them.
