Necesse: ERROR message after update: Could not Initiate Steam, Make sure… (Workarounds)

Short answer

No confirmed fix yet. Players suggest: Hmm, we did update to the latest Steam SDK version.

The problem

The game runs fine yesterday before the new Rust and Romance update. I tried veryfing the files, Reinstalling the game, Running as administrator on both Steam and Necesse in library. Run the game on my spare laptop using the same Steam account. Attached screenshot of error message and latest-log.txt. Any help is very much appreciated. What players suggest

Hmm, we did update to the latest Steam SDK version. Try to see if there is an update to Steam itself?

Since yesterday I had been trying everything I can find, trying compatibility modes, flushing the cache and those sorts. I finally got it to run after I did a fresh reinstall of Steam, everything seems to be ok now. Have no Idea what is causing it, but it do seems like a conflict with my Steam settings or configurations. My other games ran fine just as normal all these whiles. Anyway thanks for…
