I just got a high level raid, where the enemies spawned inside my base. Like wtf? I was legit unable to do anything... Fix it ASAP please.

That's not a bug. There's a world setting to disable raids from occurring. An alternative to not changing setting is to build in an area outside the world boundary or to build a floating base.
