Phasmophobia: Stuck on Multiplayer "connecting" (Workarounds)

The problem

I just bought this game and I can't even play it with my friends, They said to buy and download it after I wanted to play a multiplayer horror game and I spent 13 USD and an hour of my time trying to see the problem to fix it, It could be something wrong with the game but it's not me because I can connect to other games no problem, If someone has a fix please tell me.
