PowerWash Simulator 2: Ladders and Lifts getting stuck in hand (Workarounds)

This has happened a few times now but if I pick up a ladder or the chair lift, sometimes I can't press E anywhere with it. It just gets stuck to my hand until I reload. Can't pick up another item or drop it either. There really needs to be a way to drop ladders and things on the ground to get them out of the way but that's besides the point, in the dump truck I just got softlocked because I…
