The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth: Unlocks and achievements not appearing

Short answer

Community tip: Beat Boss Rush, Satan, and the Lamb to complete the unlock requirements for Tainted Lilith. Afterward, check your in-game Stats screen to force the achievements and items to sync.

The problem

I just a tainted lilith run and got a few mark like mom heart, hush, Isaac and blue baby. Got the marks but no new items or achievements how do i fix this to get the new items and have the achievements pop up

how to play apollyon

Community tip: Absorb active items with Void so they stack and trigger simultaneously every time you use it. Focus on playing around the shop to find powerful active items to consume.
