Dead by Daylight: Did we never get the banner for smashing all the pumpkins?

Short answer

Suggested fix (unconfirmed): Accept that the community missed the goal and the banner is unobtainable. Move on and play the game normally.

The problem

I know i didn't log in when the event ended because i was busy but i HOPE it would of gave me it if we finished it, but logged in and no banner now i'm sad
