Digimon Story Time Stranger: Can't play the game anymore : 0x11C7 issue (Workarounds)

No confirmed fix yet. Players suggest: The first solution wasn't the issue in my case, but the other two were.

The problem

I verified the game files and reinstalled the game, but the issue remains. The game's executable is reported as NotSigned, and Windows blocks it because Smart App Control is enabled. I could play before, but now I get Steam error 0x11C7. Any ideas without disabling Smart App Control ? If anyone is using Windows 11 26H2 with Smart App Control enabled, could you check if Get-AuthenticodeSignature…
