Digimon Story Time Stranger: Shinjuku Underground Waterway: South Block 8 years ago bug? (Workarounds)

Short answer

No confirmed fix yet. Players suggest: Yes I tried both entrances but it did not change that I cannot access the lower levels.

The problem

So, I'm trying to collect all of Etemon bits, and it won't let me go to North Block. Some other way, maybe?

What players suggest

Yes I tried both entrances but it did not change that I cannot access the lower levels. the entrance is blocked by the door. I tried hitting the switches like the first time in the tutorial but I couldn't.
