Godzilla: Destroy All Monsters Melee Remastered: How am I supposed to get the "Without a Scratch" Achievement?

Short answer

Suggested fix (unconfirmed): Choose the island map for low military interference, weaken the enemy, and wait for a health pickup to restore your health to maximum. Get the quick killing blow before taking any more damage.

The problem

Fine achievement on paper, only problem is MILITARY ARE CONSTANTLY DEALING UBLOCKABLE DAMAGE TO ME. Help please

how do i get rodan with that damn quest
