Godzilla: Destroy All Monsters Melee Remastered: How do i get rodan with that damn quest

Short answer

Suggested fix (unconfirmed): Select a map project in the G-force Lab and complete adventure matches to progress your research. Switch to a new map project after each finished research until you reach 8/8 to unlock the final research project for Rodan.

The problem

How am I supposed to get the "Without a Scratch" Achievement?

Suggested fix (unconfirmed): Choose the island map for low military interference, weaken the enemy, and wait for a health pickup to restore your health to maximum. Get the quick killing blow before taking any more damage.

Fatal Error

Suggested fix (unconfirmed): Skip the post-battle cutscene immediately if the option appears, or verify your game files through Steam. Update your graphics drivers and run the game as an administrator to prevent post-boss crashes.
