Introduction

Hey again here's a guide for 100%. I'm very happy the game is as good as it is it's amazing. Sorry this took so long, I've seen there are other guides for this already but i already started so hopefully it's still useful. The time limit is very generous again so gl.

You can follow this guide with your save file from the Speedrunner Achievement if you want just jump to the Speedrunner Achievement Start section and continue from there and look out for White paths and pickups marked with S.
Again i didn't focus on comfort too much i rushed getting all the mobility, then got some damage while clearing parts of the map and then clear the rest. After that we basically just finish the game.
The 2 main difficulties for me were routing Roasaries and Wishes.
For Rosaries I included a farming method and at each Bellway Station (and some Ventrica Stations) I'll have the amount of Rosaries needed until the next Bellway Station written next to it so farm some if you don't have enough.
For Wishes I tried my best to route in every wish but especially the Hunt Wishes you will just have to while playing or farm them at the end. Some Wishes I am not 100% what triggers them so check questboards and turn in quests whenever you can.

Route (Getting abilities)

White paths and pickups marked with an S should be skipped if you use this guide from start to finish they are here for people that are using a save file from the normal Speedrunner achievement.
I'll mark optional Benches with an O on the route and arenas with an A. ( kinda stopped with that while collecting)
The achievement goes by ingame time so you can pause the game and take breaks (map and inventory probably count aswell)

Bone Bottom - The Marrow

Red path:

0.1. Get Mossberry at 0.2 drop down and grab the Rosaries

• Get to Bone Bottom
  1.1. Get Shard Pendant (Tools: 1/52)
  1.2. Break left wall and get Choral Commandment
• Get Silkspear

Dark Blue path:

O: Bench

• Defeat Bell Beast

Deep Docks

• Defeat Fourth Chorus and go up to Greymoor through Pilgrim's Rest

• Defeat Cogwork Dancers
• Unlock the lower door
• Get Pale Oil

Light Blue path:

• Bench at Grand Bellway, buy the Bellway Station and the Ventrica Station if u didn't earlier (farm rosaries in the room to the left of the station if u can't afford it)
  Travel to Bellhart and get the second nail upgrade
• Defeat Trabbio and get Claw Mirror back at Grand Bellway (Tools: 2/52)

Speedrunner Achievement Start

White path:

• Take the elevator down from where you fought Lace 2
• Grab the memory locket above Grand Bellway and buy both the Bellway and Ventrica Station
  Travel to Bellhart and accept all wishes
• Silver Bells
• My MIssing Courier
• Crawbug Clearing
• Take the elevator after Trabbio and continue with the normal route

• Drop down in the first room and get Spool Fragment (1/18)
• Bench
• Get Spool Fragment and unlock path to the left (arena) then Quit to Bench (2/18)

• Get Craftmetal (Speedrunner Achievement can just Quit to bench here)
• Get Harpoon
  S.1. Get Flea in Exhaust Organ (hidden room left of the silk refill spools)

Whispering Vaults

Light Blue path:

• Bench and grab the Sacred Cylinder
• Get the first Cogheart Piece
