iRacing: Error launching (Fix)

Short answer

Try the following Right click iracing in your steam library- go to Local Files- open the ui folder- Double click on iRacingui. it should launch the game from a neutral state and maybe even give you a promt for downloading things.

The problem

i have to download the update of 2018 silverado car but after that there is an error message while trying to start Iracing. The error is series_id.
