Almost every time when i want to start the game, steam client show me that i need to download WHOLE GAME from 0. What is going on?

No confirmed fix yet. Players suggest: For me, it normally works its self out over multiple sessions with each new session slowly loading missing liveries until the whole field is set.
Try the following Right click iracing in your steam library- go to Local Files- open the ui folder- Double click on iRacingui. it should launch the game from a neutral state and maybe even give you a promt for downloading things.
