Probably Stolen - Cyberpunk Shopkeeper Sim: How to attract sellers who sell contraband

Short answer

Community tip: Unlock the gunsmithing skill to access the gun neon sign and attract restricted item sellers. Alternatively, clear competing window signs to increase the black lamp's spawn percentage.

The problem

In the early game, i don’t have money and storage so I refuse to buy contraband. In late game, i have enough to hide contraband but no seller anymore?

Yeah I know how it works and maybe you're right. The black lamp has 14% chance but my other three (scavengers, household, food) every sign got 75% chance
