The problem
I forgot who I got a few from but I think it was a thief mid-game however I cant seem to get spring water again I know you get 2ish from events but thats not what im talking about I mean regularly or if there are ways to increase % of attracting a seller

Yeah I thought so but wasnt 100% sure how much it effected thieves, ty for the confirmation tho it will make it easier and ill try and be less stingy with my sign usage
Suggested fix (unconfirmed): Avoid using the "perennial" gene on your dream cap seeds because it prevents you from removing the seed. Instead, stick to "bountiful" and gene splice using bloomberry seeds for the perennial trait.
