Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds: New Texts in game are broken? (Workarounds)

Short answer

No confirmed fix yet. Players suggest: Seems like you had a corrupted file or something somewhere in your update.

The problem

I have zero mods installed on the game. Nothing not even audio replacements. For some reason all of the new content (Cars, tracks, modes and tips) are giving me broken texts that aremt supposed to be there. Is there something wrong with my game, or is this a global problem that needs to be addressed by SEGA?

What players suggest

Seems like you had a corrupted file or something somewhere in your update. Right click it, go to properties and 'installed files', then click Verify. If that doesn't fix it, open up the file directory you got it installed in and just delete the entirety of the game's files THEN verify. If THAT doesn't help you, then I dunno what will, sorry.

Voice Language Announcer bug

happened to me to, but with spanish. What i did is: set voice language to spanish, saved and went back to main menu, then changed back to english, saved, back again to main menu, and it was fixed.
