Sonic Racing: CrossWorlds: Voice Language Announcer bug (Fix)
Short answer
happened to me to, but with spanish. What i did is: set voice language to spanish, saved and went back to main menu, then changed back to english, saved, back again to main menu, and it was fixed.

My Voice Language Settings in on English but i still have French Voice Language of the announcer everytime i restart my game

didn't worked even i turned off all my mods i have that issue.
