The Outer Worlds 2: Ged quest? (Fix)

The problem

I'm not sure if I'm missing something, but I can't collect Zyranium for Delphinia in side quest An Aegis Against Miasma - this option just doesn't pop up when I come close to the cloud. I have the bottle she gave me and I couldn't find the solution on the Internet so I'm just stuck

Glad that helped! Drove me nuts when I did that quest the other day, since it worked fine in 3rd person the first time I did it. The Body Dissolver gadget you get from the lockbox has the same issue 75% of the time. Its not targeting right in 3rd person anymore since the last patch. Sometimes that quest is very finicky about the right spot. Especially since the last patch third person isn't working right for targeting some things. If you're in third person, shift the camera into first and try again. That helped me last time I did it.
