The problem

I can't hear my car in the game. Other sounds in the game are normal. Is there a solution?

same problem here, looked up some onoine threads but havent tried the provided tips yet; some people say its because of their surround audio device not working properly with the game, some reports say that master audio is doubled to engine sounds (e.g. 50master audio means 0engine audio, 75 master means 37,5 engine etc). so those might be worth a try.

found the solution; put master volume to max and reduce every other volume accordingly to the level you want it. that has fixed the engine sound issue for me.
