CONTROL Resonant: Work Life Balance achievement bugged? (Workarounds)

The problem
I just got Dylan's final sketch on new game + but the achievement didn't pop. Do you need to get all sketches in a single playthrough?
Yeah im semi-technical, i do know SOME linux stuff and get it, but not all. i have read online about the kernel thing but when i asked some ppl i knew i could not really get a straight anwser more then "it breaks some things".
1. Cheat Engine (you do everything yourself, nothing to download from me) Load into gameplay, attach Cheat Engine to CONTROLResonant.exe, click "Add Address Manually": address CONTROLResonant.exe+5D27DC8, type Float.
