Crimson Desert Enhanced: Game crashing (Workarounds)

Short answer

Suggested fix (unconfirmed): Turn off Ray Tracing (RT) and Frame Generation (FG) in your graphics settings. Test the game by teleporting to the area again.

The problem

Every time i teleport somewhere to west of Pailune like Harpy's nest or Vat'nhool Fortress my game crashes. Can someone help me about the issue, I can't figure it out what is crashing.
