Crimson Desert Enhanced: Performance issues and stuttering on PC with latest version (Workarounds)
Short answer
Suggested fix (unconfirmed): Delete your shader cache and all files in the `bin64` folder, then verify the game files. Alternatively, update your graphics drivers to version 596.49 or later.
The problem
I am having terrible stuttering and PC performance with the latest update + DLC compared to the base game. Constant hitching and about half of the framerate when I'm on a ship and navigating. I am playing on Xbox PC version with a 4070 GPU and 5700x3d CPU with latest drivers.

If you’ve played it before and the game ran fine, then the issue is likely not with your hardware. I’ve got 70 hours in it myself, but since the update and the DLC, I can’t even get it to launch. We’ll have to wait for some fixes and updates.
Same went from 110fps solid in Hernand to 70-80. Wtf did they do to this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game. 27% decrease in performance with zero visual difference is a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ clown show. Edit: Closed the game, deleted my shader cache deleted all files in bin64 in the game folder and verified the game files. Game is back to a smooth 110fps. Not sure if it's a memory leak issue or corrupted files problem but might…
