Cyberpunk 2077: Cyberpsycho Sighting: Letter of the Law – Quest Bug? (Fix)

The problem

I'm trying to complete Regina's Cyberpsycho Sightings, but the "Letter of the Law" quest seems to be bugged. I collect all the shards, but the quest still seems to be missing something, and I'm unable to trigger the dialogue to complete it. I've watched several gameplay videos and followed the exact same steps, but nothing works. Has anyone else experienced this issue or found a fix? Any help…

I managed to solve the problem on GOG. I downloaded "Save Editor (Project CyberCAT-SimpleGUI)" and in "Quest facts" I changed "ma_hey_spr_06_mail_read" to 0. I read the emails again and the mission passed. You can also change it to 1 and it will read them immediately.

i had the same issue and this fixed it for me to, kinda strange though that this bug has been there since the game came out and still hasnt been fixed

It worked, but it also downgraded all my gear to Tier 1.
