Cyberpunk 2077: Need Help (Stuck In Chapter 2) (Workarounds)
Short answer
No confirmed fix yet. Players suggest: I saw the quest (Black Dream) and I tried to click on it but it doesn't work.

He's not there...:( I tried to find him in the restaurant just now. I think DLC and this main quest crashed together. I can't do any main quest or DLC but just side quests
EDIT** Ok looking at the internet in one website they give in one of the possible fixes is to DELETE all the directx 12 cache and all the NVIDIA Cache, and after a game session of almost 2 hours, almost no stutters (WOW! ) just the typical micro stutters when automatic saves etc...
linux mint is very concervative in it's limits, in the linux terminal try to pull the info ulimit -v ulimit -n cat /proc/sys/vm/max_map_count if it's stock the limits are probably too low , ask an AI what lines to input to change those limits to somthing higher , i can't promise no fault but it…
I managed to solve the problem on GOG. I downloaded "Save Editor (Project CyberCAT-SimpleGUI)" and in "Quest facts" I changed "ma_hey_spr_06_mail_read" to 0.
