FINAL FANTASY RESONANCE: Any tips?

Short answer

Suggested fix (unconfirmed): Switch your difficulty setting from Expert to Normal to avoid overly tedious and drawn-out boss fights. Farm Cactuar enemies and Fairy Pots to grind levels and vision skills if you choose to stay on Expert.

The problem

I don't really play turn based combat games all too much, and since I'm playing this game on expert I would like to know If there's anything that can help me through my play through.
