Have you delete the shader cache from the monster hunter wilds folder? And from Adrenaline? there is no shader cache in the wilds folder, and i already delete the cache on adrenaline. game still crashing on start.

Have you try playing the game on lower resolution and graphic settings? It worked well for me till recently, and I refuse to believe that resolution and graphics settings are the cause
