Short answer

Suggested fix (unconfirmed): Load a save file from before you completed the "Enemy of My Enemy" mission and replay it. If that is not possible, check Dylan's room where the game started.

The problem

Is anyone else having this problem? Pope simply doesn't appear, which effectively blocks the story's progression. I’ve already completed all possible exploration and side quests. Alguém com este problema? A Pope simplesmente não aparece, o simplesmente bloqueia a progressão da história. Fiz tudo o que era possível de exploração e missões secundárias.

What players suggest

After finishing the mission "Enemy of My Enemy," we woke up at the old house, where Pope was supposed to appear in the lobby. The solution I found was to revert to a save from before completing the mission, which resolved the issue.
