Dispatch: When do we get a simple play option without the cutscenes?

Ok, I've played through the campaign. So now where is the option to just play without having to sit through the cutscenes?

Yes, this is bothering me too. I mean, for the very first playthrough it is fine to watch cutscenes without skipping or speeding them up. But the game should keep track in a global progress file over all your saveslots which cutscenes you already watched, and unlock the possibility to either skip seen ones (to the part you have to make the next decision) or to speed them up (until next…
